Built, handed over,
still running.
Clients are not named here. Both practices are small and both sites are theirs to talk about, not mine. What was built is described exactly.
A wellness coach in the UK
A one-person practice with a site that looked finished and quietly lost enquiries. Four separate forms all went to email, so a lead only existed if somebody happened to read that inbox that day.
The fallback is the part that matters. If the CRM is down or its credentials expire, the lead still lands somewhere a human will see. A form that fails silently is worse than no form.
A hypnotherapist in the UK
She had the offer and the audience and no path between them. Someone interested had nowhere to land, nothing to receive, and no reason to come back on day three.
The signup form was moved off the CRM's embedded iframe onto our own function, which upserts the contact and enrols them in the workflow directly. An iframe you do not control is a dependency that breaks on somebody else's release schedule.
Three invented businesses,
three working systems.
The fastest way to show a local trade what they are buying is to hand them one and let them click it. These three companies do not exist. The websites, booking flows and automations behind them are real and fully functional, which is the point.
Click through
any of the three.
Every one opens in a new tab and every button on them works. The company names are made up, so nothing you read on them is a claim about a real business.
Dallas Roofing Pro

check without asking.
Nobody has to take my word for these. Two of them are open to anyone right now, and the third is the thing this website, this portal and this outbound run on.
Website Check
Scores any site on the things that decide whether a visitor books. The scoring is deterministic code, so the same site scores the same twice.
Open itReview Machine
Every finished job asks the customer for a review by text and email, and chases once if nothing happens.
Open itNexus HQ
The client portal, pipeline, outbound sending and reporting behind Orinflow. If you are a client, you already log into part of it.
Open itNo client quotes, no star ratings, no logo wall and no growth percentages. Orinflow is small enough that a wall of logos would be invented, and an invented one would make the two real projects above look invented as well. When a client is happy to be named, their name goes here and not before.
