A finished job triggers a text and an email at the right moment, asking your customer to leave a review. Unhappy replies come to you privately first. It runs on its own, and you watch the count go up.
Hi Karen, thanks for having us out today. Would you mind leaving a quick review? Takes 20 seconds:

Unhappy replies route to you privately first
If you nodded at any of these, this is exactly what we fix.
The part that usually breaks is not the writing. It is the second week, when the work has gone boring and a client emergency lands on the same morning. A system does the boring part on the days you do not feel like it.

How it works
Your CRM, your invoicing tool, or a simple form your team fills in when a job is done. Whatever you already use.
A text and an email, timed to when the customer is happiest, with a one-tap link straight to your review page.
If someone is not satisfied, the system routes them to you privately instead of to a public review. You get the chance to fix it.
A simple monthly view: requests sent, reviews landed, average rating over time.
What you get
Fires from a completed job, not from a list someone remembered to upload.
Two channels, because most people ignore one of them.
Straight to your review page. Every extra step loses half the people.
One polite follow-up if there is no response, then it stops. No nagging.
Unhappy customers reach you, not your public profile.
Sent, landed, average rating, trend. One page.
Nothing goes out under your name until you have read it.

FAQ
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Asking a real customer for an honest review is exactly what Google wants. What is not allowed is incentivising reviews, filtering out unhappy customers from ever reviewing, or buying them. We do none of those. Unhappy customers can still leave a public review, we just make sure you hear from them first.
Do you write the reviews?
No, and we never will. Fake reviews get businesses removed from Google. Every review this system produces is written by a real customer about a real job.
What if someone leaves a bad review anyway?
It happens. The private feedback route reduces it, but it cannot prevent it. What actually protects you is volume: one bad review among eighty is noise, one among eleven is a problem.
Will this work with my software?
It connects to most CRM and invoicing tools. If yours will not connect, your crew uses a one-tap form to mark a job done, which takes them about three seconds.
How many reviews will I get?
That depends on your customers and your work, and anyone quoting you a number has not met either. What we can say is that the businesses that ask every customer end up with far more reviews than the ones that ask when they remember.
