Common questions
Who is this for?
Anyone who opened a HighLevel account, often on the free trial, and stalled partway through the setup. You do not need to know which step broke, only roughly where it stopped.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. You tell me where you are stuck on WhatsApp, I reply in writing, and the handover guide is written too. You always have a record of what was agreed.
Whose account is it?
Yours. I work inside your own HighLevel account with user access. It stays in your name, HighLevel bills you directly, and you keep everything I set up. You can remove my access when we are done.
Will my texting be approved within the 5 days?
The A2P 10DLC brand and campaign are submitted within the 5 business days, and fixed if an earlier attempt was rejected. Approval itself happens outside my control and is not instant, which is why it is the first thing I start.
What happens after the 5 days?
You get the written guide and run it yourself, or you join one of the monthly packages and I look after it from there. If you join a package, the $297 is taken off its setup fee, because part of the setup is already done.
What if my account needs more than this?
Setup Rescue covers the stall points on this page. Anything bigger, such as a full funnel or a website, is a separate project, and I say so in writing before starting, not halfway through.
