Who we are
Orinflow is run by Eptekhar Hasan, based in Bangladesh. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Orinflow. For anything to do with your data, email hello@orinflow.com.
What we collect
Through the forms and free tools on this site, we collect what you type in:
- The get started form (on /start and on some service pages): your name, email, WhatsApp number if you give one, your type of business if you choose one, whether you want to set things up yourself or have them done for you, and which page the form was on.
- The contact form: your name, email, phone number and company if you give them, your message, and which service page sent you there.
- The free website check: the website address you want checked. If you ask for the full report, also your name, email and WhatsApp number if you give one. Any questions you type about the results.
- The free tools: the website address you enter.
- The demo assistant on the SiteCraft page: the messages you type to it.
Our server also sees your IP address when you use a form or a tool, and uses it to limit how many requests one address can send, so the forms and tools cannot be abused.
Why we use it
- To reply to you.
- To send you the checklist, report or proposal you asked for.
- To follow up with you about that request.
We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not add you to anyone else's list.
Where it goes
Every form and free tool sends what you enter to our own server, and what you send through a form is stored in our own database. When a form comes in, the owner is notified by email and on his phone so he can reply quickly. If you message him on WhatsApp, those messages are carried by WhatsApp, a Meta service, which has its own privacy policy.
To help him reply faster, the details and message from a form are passed to an AI language model service, which drafts a first reply. He reads every draft himself, and nothing is sent to you automatically. Questions you type into the website check and messages to the demo assistant are answered by the same kind of service.
Apart from the services described on this page, we do not pass your details to anyone.
Analytics and cookies
The public pages of this site load two analytics tools:
- Google Analytics, which counts visits and shows which pages are read and where visitors came from.
- Microsoft Clarity, which shows how visitors use a page, such as clicks and scrolling, as heatmaps and session recordings.
Both set cookies in your browser to measure visits, and each is run by its own company under its own privacy policy. Neither is loaded on the client login, client portal or dashboard pages. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or an ad blocker.
Affiliate links
Some links to HighLevel, the software many of our systems are built on, are affiliate links. If you click one, HighLevel's affiliate platform sets its own cookie so a signup can be credited to us, and if you sign up we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. What HighLevel collects is covered by HighLevel's own privacy policy on their site.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in an active conversation or working together. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@orinflow.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.
To stop emails from us, reply "stop" to any of them and we will not email you again.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes with it and the date below moves.
