SHOPIFY, WOOCOMMERCE & CUSTOM STOREFRONTS

A store is not a website. It is a revenue system.

Storefront, checkout, ad tracking that actually reports back, cart recovery and review requests, then someone who keeps the thing running. Built as one system, so the parts stop disagreeing with each other.

Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom build on your own stack.

Sound familiar?

Meta, Google and Shopify each report a different number of sales
Checkout is fine on your laptop and loses people on a phone
The store was built once, and nobody has touched it since
Every new feature means another plugin, and another thing that can break
Speed keeps sliding and nobody can say which change did it
Carts get abandoned and nothing happens afterwards

If you nodded at any of these, this is exactly what we fix.

What changes

The store is the shop floor, not a brochure.

A local business can survive a mediocre website because the phone still rings. A store cannot. Every second of load time, every confusing step at checkout and every purchase your ad platform never heard about is money that was already in the basket.

  • Checkout that holds up on a phone on mobile data
  • Purchases the ad platforms actually receive
  • Carts that get followed up instead of forgotten

How it works

Four steps, start to finish

01

1. Audit what you sell and how

Before any build, we go through the catalogue, the checkout and the numbers you currently trust, and write down what is actually losing sales.

  • Catalogue and variant structure
  • Checkout walked on a real phone
  • Current tracking checked against orders
02

2. Build the storefront

Shopify when you want to run it yourself, WooCommerce when you are already there, a custom build when the catalogue does not fit either. We recommend based on your catalogue, not on preference.

  • Product, collection and cart pages
  • Checkout tested on mobile data
  • Speed budget set before launch, not after
03

3. Wire the measurement and the flows

The part most store builds skip. Purchases go server-side so the ad platforms can learn, and the two flows that recover money get built at the same time.

  • GA4, Meta CAPI and Google Ads, deduplicated
  • Abandoned cart recovery
  • Review request after delivery
04

4. Launch, then keep it running

Handover with written documentation, and an optional monthly plan so hosting, updates, backups and small fixes stop being your problem.

  • Documented handover, no black box
  • You own every account
  • Monthly ops if you want it, no lock-in

What you get

What you actually get

The storefront

Product, collection, cart and checkout pages, built to be read on a phone first.

A checkout that survives mobile

Tested on a real device on mobile data, not just in a desktop browser at full speed.

Server-side purchase tracking

GA4, Meta Conversions API and Google Ads enhanced conversions, deduplicated against the browser pixel.

Abandoned cart recovery

The emails that go out when someone leaves with a full cart, written and wired, not left as a checkbox.

Review requests

Asked automatically after delivery, so the product pages fill with real reviews over time.

Managed hosting and updates

On the monthly plan: hosting, SSL, backups, platform and theme updates, and small fixes. You never open a server.

E-commerce Stores

Launch day is the start
of the work, not the end.

Hosting, updates and the small fixes, handled monthly if you want them.

Pricing

Three packages. One goal.

The audit is credited against a build. The build stands on its own, the monthly plan is optional and never a condition of it.

FAQ

Common questions

Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom?

Shopify for most people: nothing to maintain and the checkout is already solved. WooCommerce if you are already on WordPress and moving would cost more than staying. Custom only when the catalogue or the pricing rules genuinely do not fit a platform. The audit says which case you are in before you spend anything.

Can you move my existing store instead of rebuilding it?

Usually yes, and often it is the better answer. Products, customers and orders migrate; what does not migrate is anything hard-coded into an old theme, and we list that before starting rather than discovering it halfway.

Do you write the product descriptions and take the photos?

No. Copy and photography are yours, and a store lives or dies on them. If you do not have them yet, say so at the audit and we will plan the build around what you actually have.

What does the monthly plan actually cover?

Hosting, SSL, backups, platform and theme updates, a monthly speed and checkout check, keeping the tracking alive when Meta or Google change something, and small changes as you go. It is not unlimited development. Anything that is a new build gets quoted separately, and we say so before doing it.

Do you take a percentage of sales?

No. Fixed price for the build, fixed price per month if you want the ops plan. Nothing is tied to your revenue.

How long until it is live?

Two to three weeks for a standard catalogue once we have your products, copy and images. Longer if the catalogue is large or the migration is messy, and we will tell you which one you are before starting.

Ready when you are.

Tell us about your business. We do the work. You decide. Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom build on your own stack.
