Server-side Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Conversions API and Consent Mode v2, set up on your own subdomain. Your ad platforms start seeing the conversions they were missing, and your reporting stops disagreeing with your bank account.
Consent Mode v2 active · first-party cookies restored
If you nodded at any of these, this is exactly what we fix.
Most businesses make budget decisions on numbers that quietly stopped being true. When the measurement is right, the reporting matches reality, and where the next dollar goes stops being a coin flip.

How it works
We map every tag, trigger and pixel currently firing, and find what is double counting, missing or silently broken.
A server-side GTM container on your own subdomain, so requests come from your domain rather than a third party's.
Every event you care about routed through the server: GA4, Meta Conversions API, Google Ads enhanced conversions, TikTok if you run it.
Consent wired correctly so you stay compliant without throwing away modelled conversions, then a documented handover.
What you get
Running on your own subdomain, not a shared third-party endpoint.
Events that survive ad blockers and browser tracking prevention.
Deduplicated against the browser pixel, so nothing is counted twice.
Hashed first-party data sent server side, so the bidding has something to learn from.
Compliant with the EU requirement, without silently losing your whole EU dataset.
A written map of every event, where it fires and what it sends. So this is never a black box again.

FAQ
Do I really need server-side tracking?
If you spend on ads and your platform numbers disagree with your CRM, yes. If you are spending under a few hundred a month, fix the browser-side setup first. We will tell you which case you are in during the audit rather than selling you the bigger thing.
Will this get me in trouble with privacy law?
Done correctly it is the opposite. Consent Mode v2 means you only track people who agreed, and server side gives you control over what data leaves your business at all. We do not build anything that ignores a consent choice.
Stape or Google Cloud Run?
Stape for most businesses, it is cheaper at low volume and there is nothing to maintain. Cloud Run when you are at high volume or your team already lives in Google Cloud. We recommend based on your traffic, not on preference.
How long does it take?
Three to five business days for a standard setup. Longer if your site is a custom build with no data layer, and we will say so before starting.
Will my conversion numbers go up?
Recorded conversions usually go up, because you stop losing the ones that were being blocked. That is recovered data, not new sales. Anyone promising you a specific percentage lift is guessing.
