They just never leave the review, because nobody asked and the one person who could ask was up a ladder. This asks every customer, every job, by text and by email, then gets out of the way.
Where it actually goes wrong
You meant to ask, then the next job started.
You did ask, once, and they forgot by the time they got home.
The one competitor with 180 reviews gets the call instead of you.
That is the one minute when the customer is happiest with you, and it is also the minute you are tired, dirty and thinking about the next job. Nobody remembers to ask then. So the asking has to happen without you.

How it runs
One tap in your CRM, or a webhook from the software you already use. That is the only action you ever take.
A short text an hour later, an email the next morning if there is no answer, then one final nudge three days on. Then it stops. It never nags.
One tap takes them straight to your review form, already open. Unhappy ones get routed to you privately first, so you hear it before the internet does.
What is included

Straight answers
No, and it never will be. The system only asks real customers who had real work done, and it asks them once. What they write is entirely theirs. Buying, incentivising or writing reviews breaks Google's policy and gets a profile stripped, so it is not on offer at any price.
They do not get pushed to Google. The first question sorts them, and anyone unhappy goes to a private note that comes straight to you. You get the chance to fix it before it becomes public.
Nobody can honestly tell you that, and anyone who quotes a number is guessing. What is true is that most local businesses never ask, so their review count reflects the handful of customers motivated enough to go looking. Asking every single one changes the input, not the outcome.
Your Google Business Profile link, whatever you use to track jobs, and fifteen minutes on a call. Everything after that is on my side.
Any month, by email, no call to sit through. The sequences are yours and I will hand over the copy if you want to keep running it yourself.
Fifteen minutes to set up, then it runs behind every job you finish.
