COLD EMAIL INFRASTRUCTURE & SEQUENCES

Most cold email fails before anyone reads it.

Separate sending domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC verified, mailboxes warmed properly, a list that is actually researched, and sequences written like a person wrote them. Built so your main domain never carries the risk.

We do not touch your primary domain's reputation.

Sound familiar?

You sent 500 emails and got zero replies
Your domain got flagged and now your client email bounces too
The tool you pay for sends fine, it just lands in spam
Your list came from a scraper and half the addresses are dead
Every message reads like a template because it is one

If you nodded at any of these, this is exactly what we fix.

What changes

Outreach that still runs on a bad day.

The part that usually breaks is not the writing. It is the second week, when the work has gone boring and a client emergency lands on the same morning. A system does the boring part on the days you do not feel like it.

  • Sending, following up and replying in one place
  • A record of who was contacted and when
  • You approve the words, the machine does the rest

How it works

Four steps, start to finish

01

1. Separate infrastructure

A dedicated sending domain, separate from the one your clients email you on. If outbound goes wrong, your real business email is untouched.

  • Variant sending domain registered
  • Mailboxes created and configured
  • Your primary domain kept clean
02

2. Authentication, verified

SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and actually checked, not assumed. This is the single most common reason cold email lands in spam.

  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC records published
  • Verified with real test sends
  • Deliverability baseline recorded
03

3. Warm-up, then volume

New mailboxes that send 200 emails on day one get burned. We ramp slowly, and we tell you the honest timeline.

  • Two to three weeks of warm-up
  • Gradual daily ramp
  • Bounce and complaint monitoring
04

4. List and sequence

A researched list, not a bought one, and a sequence written to get a reply rather than to sound clever.

  • List built and verified
  • Personalised first line per prospect
  • Three to five step sequence
  • Unsubscribe link and CAN-SPAM compliance

FAQ

Common questions

Is cold email legal?

In the US under CAN-SPAM, yes, with an accurate sender, a real physical address and a working unsubscribe. In the UK and EU, B2B to a business address is generally permitted under legitimate interest with an unsubscribe honoured. We build to that standard. We do not email consumers and we do not ignore an unsubscribe.

Why not just use my normal email?

Because if a campaign goes badly, your main domain's reputation goes with it, and then your invoices and client replies land in spam too. The separate domain exists so that failure is survivable.

Why does warm-up take weeks?

Mailbox providers judge a new sender by behaviour. A brand new mailbox sending hundreds of emails looks exactly like a spammer, because that is what spammers do. Ramping slowly is the difference between the inbox and the junk folder.

Do you buy lists?

No. Purchased lists are stale, full of spam traps and are the fastest route to getting a domain blacklisted. Lists are researched and verified for your specific target.

What reply rate should I expect?

It depends entirely on your offer and how well the list matches it. We will not quote you a number to win the sale. What we will do is tell you honestly, after the first two weeks of real data, whether the offer or the list is the problem.

Ready when you are.

Tell us about your business. We do the work. You decide. We do not touch your primary domain's reputation.
