Runs this company · Built for us, not sold yet

The company runs on
its own software

Most agencies run on six subscriptions that do not talk to each other, and the gaps between them are where clients get dropped. Nexus HQ is the one system underneath Orinflow: the client portal you log into, the pipeline behind it, the outbound that goes out, and the reporting that says whether any of it worked.

What it does

The parts that
actually run.

Written in the present tense because each of these has been used. Anything not built yet is in the last paragraph on this page instead.

01

The client portal you actually log into

Every client gets a login. Project status, files and a message thread that goes straight to me, not to a shared inbox where things get lost between three people.

02

Leads and pipeline

Every form on this site, the free website check included, lands in one place with the page it came from attached. Nothing sits in an email folder waiting to be noticed.

03

Outbound that sends

Campaigns, throttled sending, reply detection and an unsubscribe route that works. It runs on its own sending domain, so the domain you receive normal mail on is never the one warming up.

04

The free tools on this site

Website Check runs on this system. The scoring is deterministic code, not a language model guessing, which is why the same site scores the same twice.

05

Reporting that says the boring thing

What went out, what came back, what is stuck. A dashboard exists to tell you when something stopped, not to look impressive on a screenshot.

How it is built

The decisions,
and why.

Every one of these was a fork in the road where the other option was easier. This is the reasoning, so you can disagree with it.

Built for ourselves before anyone else

Every part of this was built because something broke while running the business. That is the reason it has no feature nobody uses, and also the reason it is not a polished product yet.

The value has to survive without a model call

Anything that decides money, a score, a price, a status, is ordinary deterministic code. Language models are used where a wrong answer is cheap and a human reads it anyway, never where a wrong answer is expensive.

One system beats six subscriptions

Not because it is cheaper, though it is. Because the failure mode of six tools is that a lead exists in one and not the others, and nobody notices for a week.

Said plainly

This is not for sale. It runs one company, ours, and a product that has run one company is not a product yet. It is here because if you are hiring someone to build your systems, it is fair to ask what they built for themselves.

The build we sell is the same shape, scoped to your business.

The rest of what
gets built here.

Three products are live and two of those take money. The service side builds the same kind of thing, scoped to one business.
